Co-Founder
Rebecca Monro (she/her) brings a career’s worth of leadership experience helping organizations navigate governance challenges, leadership transitions, and growth. She is particularly good at seeing what’s actually going on beneath the surface and helping leaders move forward without overcomplicating it. Her compassion and commitment to making the world a better place fuel her work in helping organizations fix trouble spots and grow to meet the need. She is based in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Casey Rady
Co-Founder
Casey Rady (she/her) brings strong operational discipline and project management. She’s the one who takes big ideas and turns them into something that can actually function inside a real team. She brings structure, strong judgment, and follow-through. She is based in Chicagoland.
